It should come at no surprise that a good photo can make an impact. This is no exception when it comes to selling or renting a house, or condo. Showing potential customers online what they can expect to see can make or break a deal.
More and more people are heading to the web to start their house hunting searches, and that remains true in all areas of the country, including here in the Pensacola area. We have the Pensacola MLS system, which is a nice listing site for realtors to display several photos of homes along with the amenities. However, I find more often than not, the photos don’t do justice to the home.
Why short change yourself with a great home listing, and sub par photos?
